Okay, so my girlfriend & I were driving and we saw this dog in her neighborhood.
A house on a corner in a development, the garage quarter way open with a dog.
We said “WHAT IS THAT?!” and instantly realized it was a severely malnourished neglected dog. We quickly returned to her house to get the poor thing food and water.
When we returned the dog went back into the dark garage and we whistled for it to come back out.
It came back out and instantly started to eat the food we put out for it.
After calling the vet, they told us to do just that - feed the dog.
5 mins go by and the woman who owns the house pulls in with a severely angry tone from the get go “Why the hell are you on my property”
I instantly yell back. At this point I was in a rage because this poor animals fate. I explained that what we were doing was what anyone would do. She continued to yell and threaten us. Threw out the food and yelled at Alicia “He can’t eat this!” Alicia quickly said back “Well what can he eat?!”
She tells us we don’t know what the fuck we are talking about (does anyone need to know to see this is fucked up?) and then asks if we are vets…?She threatened the cops once more - at that point we were completely fine with this as we were fine with any consequences as long as this dog got saved.
The lady went back into her house and came back out. Yelling “GET OFF MY PROPERTY!”
Let me tell you. She was psycho, she was a dumb lady who had no intentions on saving the dog. I’d say 35 years old and the sad thing was she had a kid in the back of her car. (I can only imagine)
I wish to god that she would be punished for what she has done.
